MIMSA Elections 2017

MIMSA has an exciting opportunity for all the MIM students to be a part of the MIMSA Executive Board. The committee is hosting elections for their multiple executive positions in Spring 2017. Students in the first year of the MIM program are eligible to nominate themselves for the following positions:
Event Organizer
Public Relations Officer
Secretary
Webmaster

To participate, you are required to have an active account on OrgSync and join the MIM Student Association (MIMSA) group (https://orgsync.com/85680/chapter).

If you are thinking about running for an executive position, this is the perfect time to begin the process by networking with people to increase your chances of being elected. Please Note: Candidates nominating themselves need to give a 2-minute speech after the iSchool Research Day on March 3rd, around @ 6:30 pm. Nominees need to describe, why they are interested in this position and how can they make an impact being a MIMSA officer.

MIMSA Elections Schedule:
Nominations open on February 20th, 2017 through February 26th, 2017
Voting will be held from March 4th, 2017 to March 12th, 2017.

All the enrolled MIM students will be eligible to vote for their desired nominees.
